A race to the top! Take the stairs, build up your steps and improve your wellbeing!
Register your steps / stairs throughout October for the chance to become Stansted's Stair Master / Step Master.
Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and to tackle it's Northern Circuit (the longest route) Would take you 56 miles / 90km It takes 8,750 flights of stairs, or 140,000 steps, to get to its summit.
That's 35, 000 steps a week or 2,187 flights of stairs
Register to take part here (£10 per entry) submit your steps / stairs weekly to STN.Charity@stanstedairport.com the winning Step / Stair applicant will receive a coveted medal, T-shirt and an opportunity to be a Fire Fighter for the day!
