Update:-
Walk completed! What a fab experience, lovely views, great company, a few blisters but nothing too serious! We are all so pleased to have completed this adventure and would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has donated.
On 24th August, 6 of us will be starting our first day of walking Jerseys' coastal path. We plan to do this 48 mile walk over 3 days and will try to raise as much as we can for a few charities that mean something to us all.
We are not the fittest bunch but we are going to give it our best shot, I'm sure there will be plenty of laughs, a few pub stops, hopefully no injuries and a few tears along the way!
We are fully equipped for this, we have plasters of varying shapes and sizes, Kool Pak's, pain killers, ankle straps, some kind of weird pad for balls of feet! No funny jokes about sore balls please!! We are kind of 'all the gear but no idea!'
What we are is a great bunch of friends who are all willing to try our best and what a beautiful place to do this. We would really appreciate it if you could make a donation, no matter how small, every little bit will go into the pot.
