Rally Girls 3 Peaks Challenge!
We are a bunch of mad ladies who spend the Summer months attending many different Steam & Vintage Rallies across the country, driving steam engines, old lorries, vintage tractors and more! We love getting dirty, tinkering in the shed and drinking a few too many pints in the beer tent!
One evening while plans were being made for the Rally season ahead (in a pub, of course!) a new idea was suggested that we turn some of our attentions and energy into doing something different and raising money for charity at the same time! Some of us have completed long hikes, marathons or tough mudder challenges in the past but some of us are complete novices to all this fitness malarkey! Hence why this should be a right giggle for a bunch of misfits like us!
So let the training and hilarity ensue as us bunch of weirdo's attempt to climb the UK's 3 highest points! Ben Nevis- Scotland, Skaffel Pike- England and Snowdon- Wales. All in 24 hours!

Completely different to what we usually get up to together!
This challenge sees us leaving our normal habitat of the steam rally fields of southern England and heading for the hills instead!
We'll be swapping our dirty overalls for hiking gear and poles!

Not long to go now until our 3 peaks challenge!
We have crammed as much training in as possible over the these last few months! We've found new local walks and explored our home counties of Dorset, Devon & Cornwall. There's been a heck of a lot of rain since Christmas, but we have slipped and slided our way through the mud to climb as many hills in preparation for Ben Nevis, Skaffel Pike and Yf Wyddfa (Snowdon).
Our chosen charities are such worthy causes in desperate need for funds to continue to do the AMAZING work they do!
