Pareto FM Shrewsbury Half & Metric Half Marathon

The Shrewsbury Half Marathon 2026 – Sunday 27th September at 8:30am.

After the tremendous success of the 2025 event, we’re excited to announce the details for 2026!

Starting and finishing at The West Mid Showground. A scenic route showcasing Shrewsbury’s highlights including the Welsh & English Bridge, Kingsland, Porthill, Coleham, The Quarry, Frankwell, and the picturesque town centre with its medieval buildings and unique street names.

We have a strict cut-off time of 2 hours 45 minutes for the Half Marathon. This is due to needing to re-open the Town Centre Roads.

Thus, the Metric Half has a cut off time of 2 hours 20 minutes.

You must be able to complete the event in these times.

Pareto FM Shrewsbury Metric Half Marathon 2026 – 8.1 miles / 13.1km Road Race. Sunday 27th September. Starts at 8:55am.
