I am reaching out to my friends, former colleagues, and my NHSPS family for support in connection with a cycling fundraising event I'm taking part in, in memory of NHSPS colleague Kerrie Doran, who sadly passed away a short while ago. Kerrie and her family have been so supportive of this fundraising event, and Its with heavy heart that I write an update to this section of my page, sharing such sad news. Kerrie had been so strong in her battle, and had asked that I ride in support of Addenbrookes Charity Trust, alongside Young Lives Vs Cancer, prior to her passing.
Addenbrookes Charity is dedicated to transforming patient care and medical research at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, UK. By supporting their cause, we can contribute to ground-breaking advancements in cancer treatment, ensuring that individuals like Kerrie receive the best possible care.
Young Lives Vs Cancer is an organization committed to helping children and young people with cancer and their families throughout the UK. Their tireless efforts focus on providing emotional, practical, and financial support, ensuring that young lives affected by cancer can continue to thrive amidst adversity.
Okay - so what am I going to do? - https://www.madhare.cc/mad-summer-hareThe Mad Summer Hare is a minimum 70 mile route around the Cotswolds, including some infamous climbs such as Dover Hill. The aim is to complete the event in under 5hrs.
To make a donation and help me reach my £1000 target, please use the donation instructions on this page. every donations, no matter how big or small, will make an impact. Thank you for your support. With your help, we can show our love for our colleague Kerrie, and make a significant difference in the lives of those battling cancer.
