Rowan’s Missing Spine Race Tuck Box

Hi everyone, my 11-year-old nephew, Rowan, set up a small honesty tuck box on the track about a mile from Stonehaugh to support the Spine Race runners. With profits going to two local Mountain Rescue Teams, North of Tyne and Northumberland National Park.
Sadly, the box disappeared on the last day of the race. He put a lot of effort into setting this up to cheer on the athletes, and he’s naturally a bit gutted. We’ve had such a positive response from the Community and many requests to donate. So we have set up this space to donate until the 31st of January. Many thanks for all the positive comments, Rowan was really overwhelmed. He has also had an offer to visit north of Tyne Mountain rescue to see the Land Rovers and equipment which he is really looking forward to!
