On 21st April this year we will be celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and have decided to walk The Cotswold Way from Chipping Campden to Bath - 102 miles, finishing a couple of days before before our anniversary! We will be raising money for Acorns Children's Hospice and AMEN Trust (50/ 50 split).
Acorns provided dedicated support to good friends of ours when their daughter Caris, in Sept 2022 at a few months old, was diagnosed with Mitochondrial Disease (a very rare & life limiting genetic condition). Sadly Caris passed away in June last year.
We have been involved volunteering with AMEN Trust for over 10 years mainly through sending shoeboxes to Romania. We have visited a few times in December and also did some fundraising in 2023 for the Pe Lunca Community Centre where we now want to raise some funds to help complete a 2nd floor.

Cotswold Way Anniversary Walk
