1.5 million adults in London struggle to afford to eat every day, 400,000 children are at risk of missing the next meal. Meanwhile, our food industry generates 3 million tonnes of good, edible surplus food each year. The Felix Project is a London-based food redistribution charity set up in 2016 to tackle both issues.

1. To provide residential holiday and recreational facilities for the purpose of improving the conditions of life of children who are in need of such facilities by reason of disability, whether physical or mental, or of their social and economic circumstances. 2. To relieve poverty and need. 3. To encourage the study and practice of any useful branch of human knowledge.

The organisation provides emotional and practical support for people experiencing the effects of homelessness, unemployment, addiction, domestic violence and abuse, poverty or social exclusion. From its HQ in Winchester it offers information, advice, healthcare, food, washing and laundry facilities, recreational facilities, education, counselling, groups, complementary therapies and welfare.

Our vision is a welcoming community where families are empowered to raise happy, healthy and independent children who, in turn, grow up to live life to the full. We support children up to the age of 12, their families and communities in Cambridge, focusing our attention on those who could be experiencing challenges in their lives.
