Hyrox for Children Not Numbers

We are taking on Hyrox Birmingham in 7 days time!

Pahnsey and Fozia are doing Women's Doubles, Samir and Nadeem Men's Doubles.

It's going to be a big challenge for those of you that don't know the pain we will endure: 100kg-160 sledge pull and push, 100 weighted wall balls, 32-48kg farmers carry, 100m 10-20kg lunges, 80m burpees 1000m ski, 1000m row, and an 8k run!

We are pretty nervous but it's all for an amazing charity, Children Not Numbers in Gaza.

Fozia has recently begun volunteering for this amazing charity so we know your money is going to a legitimate cause.

- Children Not Numbers improves the lives of children in Gaza through a comprehensive approach to health, safety, education, and rehabilitation. Composed of medics, lawyers, mental health professionals, and volunteers from around the globe, we work tirelessly to address the unique needs of these young individuals and support their growth and well-being in the face of extreme hardship

So far the charity has:
- Evacuated 300 + children and their companions for emergency medical care
- Triaged over 600+ paediatric cases
- Established a maternity programme supporting over 600+ expectant mothers
-100+ children helped through physical rehab
- Set up two medical hubs to deliver ongoing care
- Launched an orphan support programme: 71 orphans receiving holistic care
- Provided over £25,000 in emergency shelter funding
- Built a team of 30 experts who triage cases, facilitate medevacs, and mentor junior medics on the ground
- Provided some 600 children with urgent aid and care
- Distributed over £200,000 worth of food baskets to children and their families
