Project Reset: From Heartache to Hope!

In the wake of my Dad’s sudden death last May, a poignant reminder of life's fragility, I've embarked on a mission of self-discovery and purposeful living. 'Project Reset' is my commitment to embracing life with a resounding "YES," to seizing each moment with intention, and to becoming the active curator of my destiny.

Through a series of ultra-running challenges, I'm pushing the boundaries of my physical and mental endurance, embodying the spirit of resilience and determination to highlight the power of consistency, dedication, and self-care in fostering positive change in our lives.

As I take on these challenges, I'm honored to support two remarkable charities close to my heart: Macmillan Cancer Support and West Ham United Foundation. These organizations, pillars of compassion and empowerment, provide invaluable support to those affected by cancer and inspire brighter futures for young people in East London.

But 'Project Reset' is about more than just running and fundraising—it's about sparking meaningful conversations, fostering community, and offering a safe place for shared stories and support. Having once navigated my own dark places, I understand the transformative power of a supportive network.

I will share my journey, authentically and honestly - filled with the struggles, the triumphs, and everything in between. I don't claim to have all the answers, in fact I’ll often turn to you the community for your advice and guidance! I simply offer myself as a vessel to build this movement from and my story as a reminder that even in our darkest moments, there is hope.

Come join me on this journey by following the Linktree below and be an active curator for the change you want to see!
