2024 Challenges

2024 Challenges

For me it's not just about fundraising; it's about building a community, nurturing resilience, and fostering a culture where we thrive together. The roots of Project Purpose trace back to the legacy of Fight Train, a brand born from the passion and spirit of my best friend, Chris Quenby, who left us in 2016.

I believe in the power of grassroots fundraising, the idea that we can make a significant impact by coming together as a community. In his memory, Project Purpose is born, fueled by the mission to support the mental well-being community right here in our local space.

This project is not just about running marathons or completing endurance events; it's a holistic approach that includes talks in businesses and schools. I firmly believe in the human aspect of mental well-being, viewing it not just through a clinical lens but as a shared journey of emotions, struggles, and triumphs.

Fundraising is not just about the funds; it's a gesture of solidarity, a testament to our commitment to each other's well-being. Beyond the numbers, we aim to connect on a deeper level. Project Purpose and Fight Train seeks to provide talks to businesses and schools, shedding light on the emotional and humanising aspects of mental well-being.

These talks are not just about statistics and facts; they are about stories, shared experiences, and the courage to open up. We want to empower individuals to speak up, to break the silence that often surrounds mental health. By connecting with our audience on a personal level, we hope to inspire a culture where conversations about mental well-being are not just encouraged but celebrated.

Thank you for being a part of Fight Train and Project Purpose. Your support is not just a donation; it's a step towards a brighter, more compassionate future.
