The charity exists to enable patients and their loved ones to thank the staff and hospitals for the care given to them and, on their behalf, aims to help UHNM provide the very best treatment, care and experience for its patients now and in the future.

Stone Community Hub

Welcome to Stone Community Hub – a local charity with a big heart, right at the centre of our community. Our mission is simple: to make lives better. We are here to support the people of Stone and the surrounding villages through life’s ups and downs, offering a warm space, a listening ear, and practical help when it’s needed most.

Cash for Kids

Cash for Kids supports children and young people affected by poverty, abuse, neglect, life-limiting illness and those who have additional needs.

Landau

At Landau, we believe in unlocking potential and transforming lives. As a charity based in the midlands, we support individuals into meaningful employment through Supported Employment and Individual Placement Support. We also provide education programs for those who have struggled in traditional schooling and offer social care services for people with learning disabilities.

Douglas Macmillan Hospice

Every year, Dougie Mac provides all hospice services free of charge to adults, young adults and children living with a life-limiting illness in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding villages; also offering supportive care for their families and carers.

Port Vale Football Club Foundation

We believe that by using the power of the club, we can help people to enhance their lives and the communities in which they live through a range of interventions. We are an award winning charity, recognised both locally and nationally for the impact we have here in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

The Hubb Foundation

Connecting communities to support our local children. We’re an independent and socially inclusive charity dedicated to supporting families and communities in creating happy, healthy school holidays.

Project 93

Project 93 is a registered charity dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals affected by HIV in Staffordshire. Every year, we provide support to hundreds of individuals across Staffordshire through a range of services, including free counselling, support and social groups, one-to-one support, and advocacy.
